Please read this before posting in the "Report your realm down here / Urgent Issues" area.

New topics in this area will generate an email notification regarding whatever issue is posted.


Types of issues permitted to be posted here:


* Realm down, offline
* Realm stuck at authenticating
* Realm-wide issue affecting all players, such as lag, ddos
* No reply to in-game ticket for over 12 hours (We can see when tickets are submitted, abuse of this will result in account closure)
Do not use this area to report missing quests, npcs etc (Those issues should go in there own realm forums).

Cosmic Ray login server seems to be down - goes to "Connecting" for a minute or two and then I get "Disconnected from server " message - it was OK last night in UK. Happy New Year!

Login server had gone down. Its back online now and you should be good to play

Hi Max,

Hope you are well ?

As of 25th Sept 2017 20:30 UK time, login server seems to be running but that's as far as I get.

I was in game when I found I could move but nothing else i.e. no combat / pick things up and couldn't log out.

Tried again this morning and still cannot get into game.
