https://classic.wowhead.com/npc=11800/silva-filnaveth This NPC doesn't offer me the option to fly to Run'theran village. I checked the Mangos bugtracker, where this is reported. They said that the DB version (or something like that) was too old, and it works on a newer one. Does this realm have the latest build?
