Character/Guild Transfers

I think this could help people who don't want to be on their current server but don't want to re-level. If they have already done it on a blizzlike server I don't think it could hurt. Possibly put restrictions on gold and gear so they have incentive to run dungeons to gear up again.

We do plan to eventually do this but it is a long way off.

This idea is just amazing 
I hope it gets applied here ,this could make transfers eaiser:

1)must show the player with a screenshot saying "I like covenant-wow and I would like to get a transfer" for example.
2)the server which the player is coming from mustn't have higher rates than x1-x5.
3)players will receive their level ,4× 14 bagslot backpacks ,60%mount +skill ,a certain percentage of gold and finally a starter gear.

These are just some suggestions that I find reasonable and possible as the transfer method would increase the population and It won't destroy nobody's expirence
