Title: Cosmic Ray - The Dead Fields, Nightlash not appearing?

Greetings, I've cleared the Dead Fields area several times but Nightlash does not appear. Have exited the game then started again, cleared the area, but still no Nightlash appearing. Thank you for a great server :)
