Title: Shifting Moon - The Kessel Run

The quest cannot be completed because you don't get credit for warning any of the three leaders.  You get the Ellek to ride, the timer appears, you get the appropriate text with each leader where they thank you for the warning, but you don't get credit in the quest for having given the warning, thus the quest cannot be completed.
