Guild Signatures

I was wondering if we could lower the requirement for the number of signatures to start a guild.  I haven't seen more than 3 players on at one time so it would be hard to get 10 unique signatures.  What does everyone think?

Looking at the server its set to 3, I will lower this to 2 for now which should help those who want guilds get them

I will make this change to all realms.

Sweet! Thanks!  I didn't realize it was set as low as 3 already, the text in the game still said 10.  2 is perfect though.  Hopefully I'll be able to get my guild started today.
