Cosmic Ray - mining

Mining used to work on this server, so this is a new thing:


Usually when i mine everything out of a copper vein, that vein comes back almost immediately in the same place, also it is unusable (I get the "invalid target" error message when i click on it).  Only tested with copper veins so far.
