Solar Flare - Journeyman Riding

Didn't know if I should report this here or over at github but it seems like my level 41 dwarf paladin does not have the option to learn journeyman riding skill from the trainer at amberstill ranch like he should.  I can file a bug report over at github as well if that is preferred.  Thanks.

I if you cant learn it due to a bug then i will try to help you until its fixed , PM with the time you usually play at

I'm normally on 7-8pm EST most nights.  I think it's a bug.  When I go to the trainer near ironforge I am not given the option to learn it.
