Cosmic Ray down ?

Cosmic Ray login server seems to be down - goes to "Connected" and no further.
Eventually I have to click Cancel to exit.

I have restarted the server and also attached visual studio to monitor and debug it. Should the server crash again please let us know
Server is up and working.
